Maggie MacInnis
As VP External Maggie acts as a liaison between students and alumni, the university at large and legal professional organizations such as the Canadian Bar Association and Nova Scotia Barristers Association.
Maggie also oversees the International Linkages and Career Development Committee.
My Story
Maggie is from Vancouver, BC. Before traveling to the east coast to attend Dal Law she obtained a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Toronto. In her first year she joined the Career Development Committee and became passionate about connecting students to opportunities for career exploration, mentorship, and skill development. Maggie is a Co-Coordinator of the Dalhousie Wills Project, a volunteer editor of the Law Journal, and Treasurer of the Chess Club.
In her free time Maggie likes to take her dog Rosie on adventures, cook elaborate meals for her family, and write scathing movie reviews on Letterboxd.
